Incredible Events was founded in 1999 and has been producing distinctive affairs in Central Oregon for almost 2 decades. As the owner, Don, strives to maintain the highest quality equipment, customer service and consumer education. Don has worked in the local event industry for over 25 years. His high standards mean that clients can focus on their special event, not on the safety or appearance of the rental equipment!

Don believes strongly in supporting the community through support of local non-profits as well as our local economy and businesses. Incredible Events is active with many non-profit groups including Mountain Star, The March of Dimes, The American Cancer Society, Habitat for Humanity, Humane Society of Central Oregon, Hospice, Saint Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, the Saint Charles Foundation and many more.

Consultations

Every little girl dreams about what their wedding will be like. At Incredible Events it is our job to help you bring that vision to life with wedding canopy rentals and so much more. One of our greatest pleasures is to see that dream materialize before your eyes. We feel that every wedding is unique and personal. Our Event Specialists will work with you from beginning to completion to ensure that your special occasion is Incredible.

Planning & Design

We work with you to bring together the elements you need and begin the layout process to ensure your wedding has the look and feel you’ve dreamed about. Over the years we have developed working relationships with Central Oregon’s best planners, caterers, florists, DJ’s, as well as other event professionals. We work together to turn your dream into reality. No matter your needs we will create a customized plan to fit your unique event no matter or large or small.

On the Day

Our rental policies are structured to remove the stress from your big day! We do not charge by the day and are happy to begin installation early depending on scheduling and venue requirements. We offer complete setup, takedown, and decor services to take even more worry away so that your day is relaxed and carefree. You can be assured that we will arrive on time with the correct equipment for your event.

Central Oregon is a wondereful place to host a family reunion and we can make your gathering anything but typical! Let us help you create lasting memories to come for every generation.
