About Mallory Combellick, Owner and Founder
Paloma Events was created as a blend of Mallory’s love for people, gatherings, planning and design. After getting engaged in 2013, she found great joy in the process of designing her own wedding. Seeing that work come to life on her wedding day with all their family and friends present was such a magical experience. From then on, she was hooked!

Soon she coupled this newfound passion with her business background in buying, merchandising and operations in the luxury fashion industry. After leaving her home town of Los Angeles, Mallory and her husband settled in Bend, Oregon in 2015 where she jumped into the world of event planning full-time.

Now, she’s thrilled to bring her experience and love for events to her clients at Paloma Events.

When she’s not planning an event, you can find her chasing her two kids around, cheering on her beloved Arizona Wildcats (Bear Down!), hitting up a spin class or walking on the trail. She loves navigating Pinterest as life’s compass for all things design and cooking up the latest recipe with a glass of wine in hand. Her place of respite is a cup of coffee reading the latest issue of Sunset (road trip, anyone?) or at her favorite vacation spot, a family cabin in the north woods of Minnesota.
